Cake again

Who knew?? More cake!!

I made these Tuesday and Wednesday for Emmanuel's Inauguration for their new President. Well, not all the cakes were for him, lol...

They were for the 400 guests in attendance.

There were 6 1/2 sheet cakes (each cake fed 60 people as they were double layers).

I also made them a 2 tiered cake that had to be Gluten-free (the president's wife has Celiac's Disease) and needed to feed around 40.

Anyways, here are the pictures and boy am I glad this is over!!!

This is the Gluten-Free chocolate cake, followed by the six 1/2 sheets. Their flavors were Carrot, Chocolate and white (one layer on top of the other), White, Marble, Chocolate, and Red Velvet.
